Helsinki. Hands down.
On a more local note, the bar.

Local:
– Fourth Coast Cafe. Dark little 24/7 cafe that makes kickass drinks and has stranger-than-fiction regulars.
– East Hall. Old WMU art building, with a gorgeous facade overlooking the city.
– “The Bat Cave.” Basically an old hangout in the city drainage system, in a manhole in the parking lot behind Target.
– WANT to go to the Blasklee property, which is an old psychiatric hospital on top of a hill near my house.
Global:
– London. It’s gorgeous. The architecture is breathtaking…”A man who is tired of London is tired of life”?
– WANT to go well…everywhere. Rainforests again, more of Europe, Bermuda…

Esoterica, the local new age place. It smells all nice and peaceful and its cluttered with cool looking junk. There’s a whole wall of candles and incense which is probably the reason for it’s amazing smell. And you can sit down and read one of the little booklets on something interesting: Channeling, Auras, Scrying, whatever. Also they hold concerts for the local “pagan” themed artists sometimes, and there’s a gothic metal band here called “Cassandra Syndrome” that isn’t too bad. There’s all those people who smile at you because most people where I live would be frightened out of their shoes to step foot there (SATAN! BURN IT!) and we find friendships because we hold things like this in common. I feel a lot better after going in there. I suppose it’s a bit like going to church for a Christian, except I’m not worshiping anything.

Where I want to go:
1. The Tower of London. So I can see that ridiculous key-carrying ceremony of theirs.
2. The rest of the USA. I’ve never been off the east coast except for when I traveled out of the country.
Where I’ve been:
1. Israel. It’s not a war zone, it’s actually a great place. Nice scenery, lots of places to go, etc. I lived there for a year as an exchange student and I didn’t even get to see half the stuff there.
2. New England. Another place with great scenery. All of my close relatives live up there, so I visit a lot.

Berlin was a fantastic experience, and is now the best place I’ve ever experienced.
