Apparently I’m INFP, but very nearly INTP. Which would explain why I waffle between INTP and INFP whenever I take those tests.
Webcomics, anyone? My current favorites are xkcd, dinosaur comics, Questionable Content, and No Rest for the Wicked.

Ebeth, I prefer to remain anonymous. If anyone thinks they know, please don’t say.
Pentay, me too! I think I’m an INXP

MontgomeryGurl | December 19, 2007 at 1:29 pm
4, 6, 7 – Most people actually have the most trouble deciding between T and F. I think a lot of Fs aren’t all that empathetic. F doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re hyper emotional or very caring, just that you’re more likely to make decisions based on what you feel at that moment rather than careful analysis. A thinker will decide not to buy a blue skirt because they already have a blue skirt at home, and a feeler will just buy whatever they like. I’m an INTP and most of my friends are feelers. You can really tell the difference between us when we try to pick out a movie – I want to look up reviews of movies, see what my friends thought about it, and carefully consider my mood before I decide what I want to watch, and my friends just pick up the first movie they think looks interesting. When we have conversations about what we’re going through or watch sappy commercials you can kind of tell the difference, but it’s really only when we’re making a decision that it’s clear who’s a thinker and who’s a feeler.
http://www.kisa.ca/personality/
That’s actually a better test. I just refound the link.

aaah. weird. my post ended up after Ebeth’s and yet I’m replying to it.
MG, oh, that’s a much better way to think of it. It makes a lot of sense now.
11.
someone from elsewhere | December 19, 2007 at 2:15 pm
hmm. when I took the test in that new link I got:
I:71% N:82% F:75% P: 91%
12.
MontgomeryGurl | December 19, 2007 at 2:21 pm
10, 11 – I’m glad I helped clear it up. A lot of times people will say things like “But I’m really not judgemental” when they get a J rather than P, or “But I like people” when they get I rather than E. That’s really not what those labels mean. The first one is how you get your energy, second one is how you gather information, third is how you make decisions, and the fourth is your preferred method of day-to-day living. A Google search can give you some sites that will explain it more in detail.
The reason your post is above Ebeth’s is because Julia just changed the timestamp to go with her time zone. It only affects the posts after she made the change, so all of the posts made before she changed the time show up as later than the ones we’ve just posted. It’s extremely confusing for now, but it will work itself out in a few hours.
13.

…I noticed the times were odd. More when my posts apeared a post someone had made later. Confusing…
16.
MontgomeryGurl | December 19, 2007 at 3:03 pm
15 – I know, but it won’t last much longer. I fixed this particular thread so that all of the posts come in order and all of the numbers (like when someone puts the number of the post they’re replying to) are correct.

I’m kind of obsessed with free rice, though.
Do you think this would be classified as one of the stupid posts? Because even though my grammar is trying to be sexy (tofl–I love the “What’s Up” section), there’s not much substance to it, and there’s not much of a point.
24.
MontgomeryGurl | December 20, 2007 at 8:08 am
18 – I’d never seen that link before. That is amazing.
23 – This is the links thread, there’s not going to be a whole lot of substance. Your post was replying to some other posts, thereby proving that you actually read this thread. You added to the conversation. Pointless posts are just those things that have no reason to exist, like first posts and such.

Test in post nine gives me:
Introverted (I) 96% Extraverted (E) 4%
Intuitive (N) 86% Sensing (S) 14%
Feeling (F) 60% Thinking (T) 40%
Judging (J) 59% Perceiving (P) 41%
But it also I think is affected by my mood, and I have a lot difficulty with these kinds of tests as I can almost instantly see which questions match with the letters and stuff. I’m not certain it’s really accurate for me, I think I’d have liked more questions/situations. Mostly with Thinking/Feeling and Judging/Perceiving. When things have to do with school/work I”m defiantly a thinker, but I do have really strong emotions (stonger than I’d like…) even if I do try to not base decisions off them in those areas. I dunno. Ach. And questions are often sometimes/in certain situations.
